Oldest-Dog

Pusuke, the recognized world’s oldest dog by Guinness has died – he was 26 years old. Pusuke was born March 1985 in Japan. He was owned by Yumiko Shinohara, a housewife since

she was 16 years old. Pusuke was reportedly eating well and staying active, when he lost his appetite and had difficulty breathing.  Pusuke died peacefully, minutes after his owner returned home from a walk. The oldest-known dog on record, according to Guinness, was an Australian cattle dog named Bluey, who lived to the ripe old age of 29 years and five months before it was put down in November 1939.
