The proposed PAGCOR Tower, a 665 meter behemoth, will be built in Manila. The structure will be the second tallest in the world next to Burj Dubai. True, it will be a great feat and engineering achievement for the Philippines, I just hope that every single detail will be studied thoroughly for the tower will be built in a reclaimed area, near an airport, by the edge of Manila bay.
