Mel Gibson movie relocates Mexican inmates

January 11, 2010

Mel Gibson's movie, "How I Spent My Summer Vacation", required a Mexican prison setting which caused some 200 Mexican prisoners transferred to alternate prisons. This drew the ire of the prisoner's relatives who had been protesting the relocation outside the Ignacio Allende prison. Gibson will star in the action drama film which he also wrote. It is about a criminal struggling to survive in a Mexican prison.
